Google+ allows embedding of Posts via automatic Authorship

Product manager Director from Google+, Seth Sternberg, few days back announced a couple of changes in Google+ at Google+ Developer blog and TechCrunch Disrupt.

First among the changes was in the authorship program where a partnership with WordPress and Typepad has yielded a platform for Bloggers having features from both the sources and with respective account of each source on Google+ . This means that user doesn’t have to go through previously defined hoops.

So if you have account on either one of the sources but haven’t linked it up with your profile on Google+  then all you want to do is to follow following method.

authorship 1 Google+ allows embedding of Posts via automatic Authorship

Another feature added just like Facebook and twitter is that now you can put the link of your preferred blog onto the Google+ profile. It simply wants you to click upon the top right corner of the post and click on the “Embed Post” option. A pop up box appears in front of you allowing you to copy the embed code and place it wherever you want it to be posted or placed.

These newly introduced features are not a going to make real new changeovers but as said in one of the blog of Search engine watch “it’s more of a “keeping up with the Jones’” feature”. This tie up between two of the leading blogging sites and Google+ is going to promise a lot of potential for Google+ in a long run
